ALEKSANDRA KOSSOWSKA NAMED FINALIST OF THE LUCIE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2025

Aleksandra Kossowska, co-founder of the Poleczki.art Foundation, has been selected as a finalist of the Lucie Foundation Scholarship Program 2025 in the Fine Art Professional category with her project The World by Touch (Świat po omacku).

The Lucie Foundation, based in Los Angeles, is one of the leading photographic institutions worldwide, supporting visual artists whose work brings new perspectives to contemporary photography — from documentary and photojournalism to experimental practices.

The project explores the boundaries of perception and visual experience, focusing on the sensory dimension of photography.

Finalists and winners of the Lucie Foundation Scholarship Program were announced in October 2025. The awarded works will be presented in a group exhibition on November 22, 2025, in Los Angeles (The REEF), followed by a traveling exhibition at House of Lucie galleries in Athens, Budapest, Ostuni, and Samui.
